Novacore Innovations (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this mobile game application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion of your information when you use our App, as well as your rights under applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).

This policy applies solely to information collected through the App and does not apply to information collected through other sources. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the App. We do not request or process sensitive personal information beyond what is essential for a standard mobile game experience.

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

We do not require account creation or personal data to access core gameplay features. You may choose to provide personal information only if:

  • You contact our support team, in which case we may collect your email address and details of your inquiry;

  • You submit optional feedback, surveys, or communications to us.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect non-personal and device-related information, including:

  • Device information: model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFV, Android ID), and mobile network type;

  • Usage data: game session activity, interaction logs, crash reports, and performance metrics;

  • General geographic data: country or region derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise geolocation data).

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, financial information, contact lists, precise location, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the functionality and stability of the App;

  • To diagnose technical issues, resolve bugs, and respond to user support requests;

  • To analyze usage trends and optimize user experience;

  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies;

  • To send administrative or policy-related updates only if you have provided contact information for such purposes.

We will not use your personal information for unrelated purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share de-identified or aggregated data with trusted third-party vendors who assist with app analytics, crash reporting, and technical infrastructure. These parties are contractually obligated to protect data confidentiality and use it only for authorized purposes;

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or legal interests of our company, users, or the public;

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify users of material changes via the App or official channels.

 

4. Data Retention and Deletion

In compliance with Google Play policies and U.S. privacy laws, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and we provide clear mechanisms for data deletion.

4.1 Data Retention Periods

  • Voluntarily Provided Information: Support inquiries, contact details, and related communications are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request, or up to 7 years for legal and record-keeping purposes;

  • Automatically Collected Data: Device identifiers, usage logs, and crash data are retained for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, such data is either permanently deleted or fully anonymized;

  • Anonymized & Aggregated Data: Data that cannot be linked to an individual user may be retained indefinitely for analytical and improvement purposes;

  • Legal Hold: If subject to legal obligations, investigations, or disputes, we may temporarily extend retention to comply with applicable laws.

4.2 User Data Deletion Requests

You may submit a verifiable request to delete your personal information at any time:

  1. Submit a written request via email to info@novacoreinnovations.com with the subject line: “Personal Data Deletion Request”;

  2. Provide sufficient information to verify your identity, such as the email address used to contact support or device details associated with your App usage;

  3. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and act on valid requests within 45 days, as permitted by law. Extensions of up to 15 days may apply for complex requests, with prior notice.

Upon verification:

  • We will permanently delete all personal data linked to your account or device, except where retention is required by law;

  • Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data is not subject to deletion requests, as it cannot be associated with you personally.

 

5. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)

If you are a resident of the United States, particularly California or Colorado, you may exercise the following rights:

  • Right to access the personal information we hold about you;

  • Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;

  • Right to request deletion of your personal information;

  • Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data);

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete such information immediately. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us promptly.

 

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on the App and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
